Another post I’ll be updating constantly.
In order to get my life in order and keep myself from spiralling again, I need to get myself into a routine, eat right, and get healthy. This post will serve as a dump for all the things I’m doing/planning around this.
Current:
- Limiting myself to 1 takeout per week with a limit of £20
- From the 1st of August I will be eating 3 balanced meals per day instead of one unhealthy meal per day.
- My diet will be built around my IBS, rather than comfort foods
- Monitoring fluid intake
- I will be working on a fixed routine I follow daily, and that routine will include
- A shower, or at the least, a sink wash
- Clean clothes
- Walking the dog
- Tidying up around the flat
- I will be joining my local gym with the goal of weight training and cardio
- I will be using my exercise bike
- Considering buying a bicycle with electric assist and building Aurora a box so she can come on rides with me
