Who Am I – Goals

Short Term

  • Clean My Flat
  • Decorate My Flat
  • Sign up for the local gym
  • Lose weight (Be below 20 stone by the end of the year)
  • Build stamina, gain muscle, improve knee/back pain
  • Become more responsible with my finances
  • Stop buying takeaways
  • Eat more than one meal a day
  • Eat healthier meals
  • Walk the dog at least once a day, ideally twice
  • Become financially independent (Cover rent and expenses consistently, sign off universal credit)
  • Become less dependent on cannabis
  • Find ways to socialise
  • Buy a bike and convert it so I can take my dog on bike rides
  • Explore my sexuality

Long Term

  • Lose weight (No goal weight, just want to be healthy)
  • Fully furnish my flat
  • Become financially secure (Covering rent, expenses, luxuries and significant savings)
  • Psychotherapy (On waiting list)
  • Move from Merseyside to somewhere I feel I belong
  • Find someone who loves me for me, and see’s me for who I truly am
