- Lose weight (Be below 20 stone by the end of the year)
- Build stamina, gain muscle, improve knee/back pain
- Become more responsible with my finances
- Stop buying takeaways
- Eat more than one meal a day
- Eat healthier meals
- Walk the dog at least once a day, ideally twice
- Become financially independent (Cover rent and expenses consistently, sign off universal credit)
- Become less dependent on cannabis
- Find ways to socialise
- Buy a bike and convert it so I can take my dog on bike rides
- Explore my sexuality
Long Term
- Lose weight (No goal weight, just want to be healthy)
- Fully furnish my flat
- Become financially secure (Covering rent, expenses, luxuries and significant savings)
- Psychotherapy (On waiting list)
- Move from Merseyside to somewhere I feel I belong
- Find someone who loves me for me, and see’s me for who I truly am
